Overview


At Absurd XXV, every piece is crafted with intention and quality. Because many of our products are made in limited quantities, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout.



Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges


We accept returns only if:

    •    The item you received is defective, damaged, or not the product you ordered.

    •    You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


To start a return, email absurd25@me.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product condition. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions if approved.



Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    •    Limited-edition or preorder items

    •    Sale or discounted items

    •    Gift cards and digital downloads

    •    Worn, washed, or altered apparel



Refunds


If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.



Exchanges


Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee size or item exchanges. If an exchange is possible, we’ll confirm availability during your return request.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at absurd25@me.com with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
